Missing: Fulfillment Confirmation email for Mathcad Prime

I bought on 07.07.2025 a Mathcad Prime license, reference no. 508124416, via cleverbridge GmbH.
Now I am waiting for the "Fulfillment Confirmation email" from PTC.
How can I get my license and download link?
