Missing License file.

When running MathCad 14 it is looking for a license file. It cannot retrieve one over the internet. Can you provide a license file?

No one but PTC License Management can supply you a license.

Hi BenLoosli,

 

Thanks for the reply. I know that it is up to PTC License Management to supply a license file so I contacted PTC and was told to raise a case on the esupport portal. When doing that it would only allow me to post here with a note saying the ptc support read these forums and will pick it up. Obviously not correct so I think I will get back the person that emailed me and told me to do this.

In the main page, there is an option for Manage Licenses.

That will bring you to this page: License Management (ptc.com)

From there you should be able to request your license.
