Missing product code

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0

I did not receive any product code after purchasing 3 licenses.

Here are the errors that I faced

    (Solution) It helped to contact the reseller and generate a product key for each purchased license separately based on the MAC address.
