MthCad Licensing Problem

I am teaching a class and need the 30-day license. When trying to license Mathcad, I receive a screen message that says I have exceeded the maximum number of licenses for this product type.

I must have had Mathcad long ago on a computer that no longer exists. Can I load and use it on this one?

Resolution

  • Request for a license manually by providing Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using web case logger here.
  • The license file will be sent via E-mail.
