Need new MathCAD license and installation.

I had Mathcad 6.0 for over a year and now suddenly it won't open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but now it will not install again.

Perform the below steps and then launch Mathcad as administrator

Rename the file MathcadPrime.exe.Config to old_MathcadPrime.exe.Config in the location "<C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime>"
Rename the folder PTC to old_PTC in the location " C:\Users\%username%\Appdata\Local"
Clear temporary files on machine and launch Mathcad Prime
