need product key for license

My employer purchased mathcad for 3 of us, however despite IT saying mathcad is installed, it is only the trial version. I need to get the product key/code so I can utilize the license we paid for. To date, I have never been able to use the purchased version of mathcad and it was purchased about 3 months ago. please assist.

Your employer should then have received a mail stating how and where to obtain the license keys (files), if they are not in a mail.

With Prime installed, and a license file on your PC, go to the “Circle M” (top left corner of the window), choose ‘options’, select the ‘license’ tab and browse to your license file.
If your employer does not have such mail, contact PTC licensing dept. (That is NOT this forum which is for and by users of PTC software, we cannot help you with licensing)
