need to move Mathcad 14 license but don't have access

We have had Mathcad 14 installed since 2019 but now need to move the install/license to a new machine but person who originally activated the license retired. I need to be able to activate or move the license. I created a ptc account but can’t reach the “manage licenses” page it says: Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Your web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application:

License Management Reporting for read-only access.
License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.”

I tried calling the support 1-800 number but it says I have to have a customer support number to get support. I have no idea what that would be. How can I get assistance? We still have the original mathcad activated license file on the original machine, does that have the customer number? I need a way to get support.
