(Mathcad) Prime should install for anybody without problems. After installation don't attempt to obtain a license, just run the program and you have the Prime Express functionality, which is limited w.r.t. the fully licensed program.
If you do attempt to obtain a license it's either for the fully licensed Prime, for which you need to buy a license (yearly subscription !). Or it is the 30 day trial license that gives you access to the functionality of fully licensed Prime, for 30 days, after which the functionality falls back to Express mode. You can obtain that trial license only one time. Then, if you still need the full functionality, you can buy the license subscription and license the already installed Prime.
So what is your problem with activation?
