New PC installation of Mathcad 14.0, license.dat creation issue

I own a perpetual Mathcad 14.0 M020 Single User license purchased directly from PTC. The legacy MCLicense.exe utility authenticates to my PTC account, but the activation request fails with HTTP 403 Forbidden before a license.dat is generated. Since license.dat is never created, Mathcad reports that C:\Program Files (x86)\Mathcad 14\licenses\license.dat does not exist. Can someone generate a replacement license.dat or License Pack manually?

My old PC crashed so I am unable to locate the old file.

Hi Luc, PTC suggested that I use this forum to figure out how I reinstall my licensed version of Mathcad.

That is rather typical for PTC. Licensing of Mathcad and Prime is a pain in the ass since they took over, as you can see by the fact that the Mathcad/Prime forum is split into four parts, one dedicated to installation and licensing issues (1446 threads, ~10%), another to all other items related to Mathcad/Prime (14817 threads, ~90 %); the other two parts don't count with only 82 threads in total.
I'm sorry, I cannot help you with renewing the licensing of Mathcad. Only PTC can do that.
