No access to download Prime 11 after purchase
Subject: Mathcad Prime 11 – Unable to Download Software After Purchase
Dear PTC Support Team,
I recently purchased a Student License for Mathcad Prime 11 through Cleverbridge and proxi.id. While I successfully received the license file, I am unable to download the software itself.
The download page requires me to upgrade my Basic account to a higher level, which in turn asks for a Customer Number and a Sales Order Number. However, the only documentation I received from Cleverbridge is the invoice along with the Product Key.
Could you please advise where I can obtain the required Customer Number and Sales Order Number, or alternatively enable the software download for my account?
