Not installing UI when installing Mathcad prime 12

I re-downloaded Mathcad prime 12 to have it working properly but for some reason its not installing UI and because of that my its not working right

Could you be more specific on what “not installing UI” means? Screenshots would help.

that problem is solved but I still dont have full access and I think its because I dont have free license
