Haven't received the email with the download link even though i completed the form multiple times

Well, thanks for making this thread. There was actually a massive problem on our side where no one was getting their trial link since the start of the month. We'll be correcting that ASAP.

The problem is I have followed those steps multiple times and still have not received a download email both in my inbox and junk.

From what I can tell, our email system actually has not sent you anything, and you have not unsubscribed. I'll ask our tech people what's going on.
