Not receiving trial version download link.

I have previously installed Mathcad on my computer a few times over the last few years, when a class required it. I am trying to install the free version because I am teaching a class, and although I have entered my credentials several times, clicked download and waited a few hours (checking spam too) I haven't received a download link. Any ideas on how to get access to the free version? Thanks!
