Obtaining a corrected license file for Mathcad 14 for a corrected disk volume ID

I applied for and received a license file because I was on my fourth PC, and the license only allows for 3 installations. I erroneously included the wrong disk volume ID. The correct disk volume ID is C272-D1C7 (for reference, the incorrect disk volume ID I provided earlier was 2A39-8A1A). I would very much appreciate it if I could receive a corrected license file for the correct disk volume ID. (Oh, and very sorry for the problem I have caused!) Thanks!

Wondering....When did you get that license file? Considering this: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Official-PTC-Mathcad-15-and-Prime-1-6-End-of-Sale-Announcement/ta-p/818870

But then, if you did recently get a license file for MathCad 14 for the given Volume ID, then you could change the volume ID of the harddisk to  match the one in the license file. Try this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/volumeid
