pim_installmgr_mathcad - Doesn't Launch

I have downloaded pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe so when I try to install it shows extracting but does nothing.

Yes, I have used this link... Although i think that is a issue with my windows, because i can't run any .exe.. What's the issue? Thank you.

Try to execute/run pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe,  run as an Administrator.
