problem installing license Mathcad Express 30 day trail

tried to install license for 30 day trial of Mathcad Express (Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0), get license file by email (.dat file) but connot install, get this following message:

3/16/2021 1:27:59 PM : The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\license\MathcadLicense.dat: (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

I believe the license file you are using is a node-lock(locked license) and Mathcad Prime cannot be accessed via remote desktop session.
