Program ID already expired.

Upon entering by license key i get the following message "Program ID already expired. For more help visit: http://www.ptc.com/olm/contacts.htm", I don't understand why the code doesn't work, am I required to delete Mathcad on my previous school PC before I've got access to use it on this PC? Please, I am in need of the program very soon.
