proxy exceptions, offline installer

If i am connected to my corporate proxy - the install fails to load asking me to check my network connection. If i drop off my corporate proxy the installer loads. The installer also has to pull download files for product components. I need to know:
1. Is there an offline installer available?
2. What are the domain and IP proxy exceptions needed for your product? That includes installer loads, product downloads and account registration that occurs post install.
