ptc_d vendor dameon compatability on RHEL8

As a eda admin, would like to check on PTC_D v10.8 vendor daemon compatibility supports RHEL8 or not?
with the same version does it supports to ens192 network card or still it will work under eth0.
If not please share the latest vendor daemon packages to get it activated
