Question about upgrading Mathcad 9 to 11

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.1.0

I'm a system administrator needing to upgrade Mathcad Prime for our engineers. They are currently running version 9 so I have downloaded version 11. It appears I also need to upgrade the licensing server. Can you point me to the steps I need to take to upgrade licensing server? Will I need a new license key.
