I need assistance rehosting my perpetual Mathcad 14 license. The original computer was wiped and reinstalled, so the original hostid is no longer available. My account shows “not authorized” when I try to access License Management.
Here are the details:
• Product: Mathcad 14 (perpetual license)
• Original hostid in license file: 1866:9A27
• New computer hostid (MAC address): 1659D1D0F009
• I need a new license.dat file generated for this new hostid
• I still have access to my PTC account and can verify ownership if needed
