No one here can help you, This a user community board for users helping users.

You will need to contact PTC sales for subscription renewals or license renewals.

Hey, this is the only place I have received any response, thank you for
that. I have been trying but I am getting the online runaround. I tried
calling, no response. When I tried writing they routed me here.
