request mathcad14 licence file

After changing my PC to a new one i need reinstall Mathcad14, but its activation can not be completed (activationserver -403). As i bought my MATHcad14 from Mathcad before it was owned by PTC i have no customer number from PTC and therefore are unable to upgrade my PTC User account. However my software is a commercial singleversion and i plan to operate it without being forced to buy a new version. Send me new licence file.
