Struggling to get the student mathcad installed

Hi there I am trying to install the mathcad student version and its been challenging at many steps. I'm now at the part of the install process where it needs to activate the license and I'm getting this error: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SentTimeout value on the Binding. The time alloted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.
