Same problem here. I purchased a license for Mathcad 11 Prime Student Edition, upgraded my account, but the download page says that I am not entitled to download software. As I purchased a license, I request immediate access to download. With the license came an activation code, but without the software I am unable to activate.

Thanks, I already solved the problem using the license assistant.

You might have received a download link in the same (or another?) email from PTC.

If not try this: https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download/install 

and press the 'install now' button.

    Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I haven't received a download link in the same or any other PTC email. The link you provided is for downloading the free Express Mathcad, but I request a link for downloading the software I already paid for.
