There was a problem installing the application. The first time I installed it and worked in it. Then the application disappeared from the computer by itself. When you try to download it back (it shows what has been downloaded), it does not appear on the computer.

Was it Mathcad or Prime, and which version?

Which version of Windows?

You say you had it working; was it licensed?

Did you down load the installation directly from PTC?
