Transfer Student licens to new Laptop

Hi,
I have installed Mathcad 11 (for students) on my Laptop.
As my old Laptop is no longer in use, I need to transfer the old license to my new Laptop.

How can the linense be transferred?

Unfortunately, nothing worked.

Can't open a case ... links circle to the same page (which does not work)

Hi,

 

first of all - thank you for the provided solutions.

However, unfortunately none of them worked.

 

When I filled out the request form for a license transfer, I reach a site stating that I have reached the max. amount of licenses ...

It simply doesn't open a case...

Dead end.
