When trying to install 30 day trial edition I reach the "Account Information" box on the License Setup and when I click next I get a "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

Ok I unpinned the taskbar so I could reach the next button, it should be fine now.

Ok I was able to download the current version of the installation assistant after I got the download link in my email but this assistant is frozen on the screen and I cannot move it up or down. Screenshot attached.

Ok I unpinned the taskbar so I could reach the next button, it should be fine now.
