Trying to upgrade from version 9 to 10 Prime

I have Mathcad 9.0 but bought the Prime 10 Student edition. I'm trying to upgrade/activate the license. Do I need to uninstall the 9.0 and install the 10?
Also I never received my product code. I received the payment confirmation email where it stated "You will receive detailed information on the delivery in a separate e-mail that was sent at the same time as this e-mail." However, I never received a separate email. I can't find a place to submit a ticket. The only place I can find for support requires a product code.

You do not need to uninstall Prime 9. You can have all major versions of Prime installed on the same machine, but you have to install them in sequential ascending order. In your case: Leave Prime 9 installed and install Prime 10 along.

As for the e-mail: check your spam mail.
