Two licenses bought one received

I have a project for school and I needed a license for me and my teammate. I bought two licenses myself for an easier payment from the school but I only received one license and everything tells me that I've reached the maximum amount of license for this product. I sent an email to PTC a month or two ago but I never received an answer. Why can't I have the two licenses I paid for and how do I proceed to get the second one? 

The licenses I bought was for the MathCad Prime 9.0.0.0.
