Unable to access MathCad download

When I logon at
Mathcad Download Student Edition
Using the Product Key
M****

I get taken to a page that displays the following
"According to our records, there are no products entitled to software updates."

But my Subscription Overview states
Subscription overview -
Mathcad Prime 11 Student Edition
