Unable to actually download Mathcad 3.0 Student Edition

Installer does not show any applications available for install in the "Application Selection" tab. Continuing by pressing install says that it will install 200mb, but does not seem to actually install anything.

I appreciate the link to that solution, however the links within that step-by-step guide lead to a 404 error page.
