Unable to convert legacy Mathcad .xmcd files to Mathcad Prime .mcdx format

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0

I need to convert legacy Mathcad .xmcd files to Mathcad Prime .mcdx format, but the XMCD, MCD Converter button on the Input/Output tab is grayed out and unavailable.

Here are the errors that I faced

    Hi,

    The converter is not installed by default in a typical installation.

    Converter needs to be specifically selected as part of installation.

     

    Either reinstall or post the worksheet/worksheets here for community to convert them for you.
