Uncounted License

8.0 version license issue. We do have a product code but is not recognized by your issue logger. 
We are trying to install a license on a remote server and it would seem we need a different type of license as we are getting "Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session" message. How do we obtain the correct type of license?
