Using license after reinstalling windows

Hi there,

Recently I reinstalled my win 10 so I had to reinstall all of my softwares, including Mathcad 6.0 prime (student version).

Although when I inform my account to validate my license I'm unable to use the same I've installed at first time.

Any tips?
