Question

Validating a licence for MathCAD 14.0 after loading the software onto my new pc

Hi

After following a link to a form (found on this website)

to achieve above task and inputting product code into form I get message that

"The trial program you are requesting is no longer available. Please visit the software product page on www.ptc.com to explore our latest versions."

I just want to continue using my software (which was working on my old laptop) on a new pc

Please advise

Hi The link 2 above is the one that I have tried but after inputting my product code

I get this message

"The trial program you are requesting is no longer available. Please visit the software product page on www.ptc.com to explore our latest versions."

But my product is MathCad 14.0 and is a full version NOT a trial version.
