When inserting a Combo Box an error occurs and program crashes

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0

Program crashes due when inserting a combo box

Here are the errors that I faced
An Unhandled Exception on the dispatcher thread

Hello @ShayJ,

 

Try to rename PTC folder under C:\Users\%username%\Appdata\Local\ to ptc.old

 

Launch Mathcad Prime and check if that resolved the issue.

 

Else:

  • Rename the file MathcadPrime.exe.Config to old_MathcadPrime.exe.Config  in the location "C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime"
  • Rename the folder PTC to old_PTC in the location " C:\Users\%username%\Appdata\Local"
  • Clear temporary files on machine
  • Launch Mathcad Prime

Good day Vipul,

Thank you for the response.  Our IT specialist has tried the steps you have provided, but Mathcad is still crashing.  As far as I can tell it is only when I insert the combo box that causes the application to crash.  All other operations work fine.
