XMCD Converter issue

Trying to convert the file (that was posted before, in sep last year) however showed the problem you are facing:

The Mathcad 14/15 worksheet contains 4 locked collapsed areas. You will first need to open the file in Mathcad 15 and unlock those areas before they can be converted. For that you will need the password. You may want to contact the originator of the sheet.
