XMCD converter within Mathcad Express Prime 11 (free trial version) don't work

I tried a couple of *.mcd and *.xmcd files. In one case a red "Keine Lizent" appeared, no other resonses. But no new file was created, neither in the original folder nor in any other folder. The issue was even described earlier. The found "solution" was finalised with the recommendation to contact the support. But it is not possible to open a support case (probabaly due to the trial version), although I have an old user account.

I assume that Prime itself 'works', in the sense that you can start a new worksheet and enter expressions....

Do you have a diagonal banner across the worksheet and/or, if you type on the worksheet:

       mean(1=

is the result?:

If you get this:

To get an active trial license, go to the main menu ( see below, arrow 1) and select options.

Then, on the license tab of the pop-up select "Get License" (arrow 2)

And follow the directions to get your trial license.

Did you actually apply for, and activate, the trial license?

Did you install the converter along with the installation of Prime 11? (It is an option that needs to be ticked during installation! By default it is off...)

Do you have other versions of Prime installed on the same machine?

If so, which?
