xmcd to mcdx converter on IN/OUT tab greyed out

I have a MathCad15 file and need to use it in MathCAD 8 Prime:  xmcd to mcdx.   The Converter on the IN/OUT tab is greyed out.  Is there something I need to install separately?  My files are too big to attach. Thanks for any help.

I got it re-installed with the proper check box on the converter.  all of this makes me want to go back to MathCad15.

I feel your pain. My job since January has been converting 15 programs over to prime 7. It has been a journey for a "seamless conversion process"
