The WEB page for the download needs modified to indicate that the Licensing Instructions ONLY apply to the Student Edition.

Thank you very much for pointing this out. I've let the Mathcad team know. That document wasn't uploaded there intentionally. It's supposed to be for support customers. We'll fix it soon.

"PTC Mathcad Prime 11.0.0.0 – license retrieval instructions for active Global Support customers"
