we are working on getting license for manufacturing apps.
So meanwhile we want to give a try with Trial version.
Does this trail version of manufacturing apps will run on desktop grade machine which is having windows 7.

Yes, you can install the Express version on a Windows 7 operating system. Per the ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps Setup and Getting Started Guide, under the Express Installer section, "If a warning appears for installing on an unsupported platform, such as Windows 7, you can proceed with the installation."
