Clear the KPI calculations after SKU change just like Shift change

Is there a way to clear the KPI calculations just like they do after a shift change? I am trying to find the same service you use for shift change so that I can run that same code when we do a SKU change. This way it will reset the APT and PBT time info. Please direct me which service clears those APT and PBT or how I can change them to zero.
