Could not find extension (RemoteAccessExtension:0.0.0) depended upon by SCO_Common-extension:8.4

Hi @hrajpal ,

 

I'm also facing same issue, but i couldn't find the RemoteAccessExtension in my support portal.

Is it license based? Also kindly let me know if there is any workaround.

Hi @SaranKarthick.

 

What procedure are you using for accessing the downloads?  If you're linking to it from the Sales order, it may not show up.  Try these instructions:

 

  1. Navigate to PTC Support
  2. Select Download Software
  3. Select Order or Download Software Updates
  4. Select ThingWorx Platform
  5. Expand Release 8.4
