CWC with an existing Thingworx instance 9.3.1

I have installed CWC on a MSQL DB. I installed Thingworx  9.3.1 on a separate DB with Navigate. Can this configuration work? Otherwise, does someone help me to find a solution?

The latest CWC (3.1.0) requires at least ThingWorx 9.3.5, so there is no guarantee it works on our setup.

What issue are you facing?  What version of CWC did you install? 

 

We'll have to research this but it would be helpful to have as much info as possible.
