How to get  the version of the installed RTPPM..?

Best answer by mstarnaud

Hi MC

You need to go in Composer.

The first part you should check is the Help -> About button at the bottom left part of the screen. It should tell you the Thingworx version. Starting with 9, the RTPPM version and the Thingworx version should be the same number (if you have Thingworx 9.7.1, then RTPPM should be 9.7.1).

The second part to check is the Manage -> Installed Extensions section :

It should give you a grid of all installed extensions. You should see MnfgCommon_Extension and MnfgCommonUI_Extension which are "Core" and "CoreUI" that RTPPM relies on and starting with #9 they should be the same number as RTPPM. And then RTPPM will be listed as RTKPI_Extension in the list. For RTPPM, you should also validate that KPIEngine_Extension is the same number.
