How to import Service Apps extension on existing Thingworx Instance.What is the URL for Svc Apps?

We have Thingworx 8.5.0 and imported Manufacturing Apps. Similarly we have imported service apps extension into Thingworx Composer, but we do not see any entities added. But the import says "Successful Import".

 

Can someone please guide how to access service apps, from extension import? Is there any login page/ landing page for accessing service apps?

Hi @DivyaMalika.

 

Service Apps and Mfg Apps are essentially the same product, so installing the Service Apps extension after having installed Mfg Apps would not result in any new entities.  The Mfg Apps product has some additional functionality but this is activated through your entitlements.  When running Mfg Apps, there is no need to install Service Apps.

I am not familiar with those apps but maybe the last chapter Access ThingWorx Apps in Help Center can help here.
