Is possible to install ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.2-00-Express on windows server 2016?

I have the same issue installing on Windows 10 laptop (no server etc.). Could anyone advise on the error?

Support

Windows 10 is also currently not supported. At this time, the ThingWorx framework does not support Windows 10 which affects all the apps running under ThingWorx.
