Kepserver 6.9 - FANUC - FOCAS 2

Hello, how are you community?

We have been trying to connect to a Fanuc CNC with the 0i-TF controller.

We noticed that in the warning messages it shows us that the "UMsgServ.exe"
it's not working.

This causes the message server to automatically launch every time the computer is started.

We have used the manual provided by KEPServerEX but we have not been able to connect

It looks like perhaps this may be a bit more of an in-depth troubleshooting. If you could submit a ticket either through the ESupport portal or the My Kepware portal, we can assist you with trying to identify what may be going on.
