Kepserver license doesn't work with Rockwell FTA manager

I installed Kepserver V6.6 and activated the license in FactoryTalk activation manager. The license seems ok, but the Kepserver still running only in demo mode

I have Kerserver Enterprise and I don't see the "License utility".

Also, I got the License from Rockwell and it was installed the the FactoryTalk activation manager by Rockwell
